Essence Green serves as Vice President of HTX Black Tennis Club and plays a key role in shaping the Club’s instructional programming and welcoming environment. A lifelong tennis player, Essence grew up in Houston’s Third Ward, where she developed her love for the game through the renowned Zina Garrison Tennis Academy.
John Binns
John is a detail-oriented instructor who’s spent the past decade helping people develop new tools, habits, and mindsets. Their approach is clear, practical, and always infused with curiosity and care.
