Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
By participating in the recreational sports activities organized by HTX Black Tennis Club, you acknowledge and agree that:
Assumption of Risk: you understand that participation in recreational sports involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, falls, collisions, equipment failures, and unpredictable actions of other participants. You voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the organizers or others.
Release and Waiver: You hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless HTX Black Tennis Club, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising out of my participation, including those resulting from the ordinary negligence of the released parties.
Medical Treatment: You consent to receive medical treatment deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, or illness during participation and agree to be responsible for all associated costs.
Compliance with Rules: You agree to follow all rules, instructions, and safety guidelines established by HTX Black Tennis Club and its representatives.
Acknowledgment: You have read this release of liability, fully understand its terms, and through free and voluntary participation in our hosted activities, there is a complete and unconditional release of all liability.
